Good to Know
A PMU machine is required and sold separately. Check that cartridge sizing matches your machine before use, and follow the instructions printed on the box.
How to get the best result
- Reserve it for coverage, not strokes
A 9RL shades and fills — it cannot draw a hair. Use it for the body of a powder brow or a full lip, then switch to a liner for any detail.
- Keep the cluster flat and even
All nine needles must contact the skin together. Tilt the cartridge and the outer needles skip, leaving a patchy fill.
- Light hand, overlapping passes
Nine needles move a lot of pigment. Build saturation across several soft passes instead of pressing hard once.
- Even stretch across the whole area
Large-area shading exposes uneven stretch instantly. Keep the skin taut and flat under every pass.
- Soften edges with a finer tool
Finish the perimeter with a shader or magnum so the shaded area fades out instead of stopping at a hard line.
