By placing an order with us, you are hereby accepting the terms and conditions stipulated within this Return Policy.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. Return requests made after fourteen (14) days from the purchase date may not be accepted.

Return Process

Customers may complete the return process either in person or by mail.

For in-person returns, customers may visit our store location during business hours.

For returns by mail, customers must contact us before sending the item back so that we may provide the proper return instructions. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the returned item is properly packaged and sent to the correct mailing address.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and reviewed, the refund process will be completed within five to seven (5–7) business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise required or agreed upon. Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
