0601RL Round Liner Cartridge – 1RL 0.20 mm (Set of 20)

The 0601RL is a single-needle round liner on a fine 0.20 mm nano taper. One fine needle draws the most delicate individual hairstroke in the range — the cartridge for the wispiest natural brows, for detail on healed work, and for anyone who wants single-needle precision without the weight of a heavier gauge.

At a glance

  • Configuration — 1 Round Liner (1RL)

  • Best for — the finest single hairstrokes, detail on healed work, delicate lip liner
  • Pack size — set of 20

  • Hygiene — filtered cartridge with a back-flow membrane, single use, individually sealed

Why a single fine needle

A single needle draws one hair at a time with nothing to widen it, so the stroke heals as the finest, most natural-looking line the machine can make. At 0.20 mm the 0601RL keeps that stroke soft and delicate — lighter than the heavier single-needle 1201RL at 0.35 mm, and finer than any three-needle cluster.

The trade-off is pace and pigment load: one fine needle carries little pigment, so it is slower and may need a touch-up on resilient skin. That is the price of the finest stroke. When you want speed, use the three-needle 0603RL at the same gauge; when the skin can take a bolder single stroke, use the 1201RL.

Where the 0601RL sits in the liner family

All Elite liners share the same body and membrane; count and gauge decide the job.

  • 1RL by gauge0401RL (0.16 mm, finest), 0601RL (0.20 mm), 0501RL (0.18 mm), 1201RL (0.35 mm, boldest).
  • 3RL (0603RL) — three needles at the same 0.20 mm gauge for faster one-pass strokes.

Go finer to the 0401RL for the most fragile skin, or step to the three-needle 0603RL when you want the same gauge but more speed and pigment per stroke.

Working with it

Single-needle work is the most demanding liner technique. Map every stroke first, draw at a shallow angle, and keep the stretch tight — a single fine needle skips the moment the skin goes slack. Let the needle lay the stroke; pressing a fine single needle only bruises the skin. Wipe along the stroke, never across it.

Hygiene and disposal

Every cartridge is a single-use, individually sealed unit with a filtered back-flow membrane that keeps pigment and fluid out of the machine grip. Check the seal before you open it; if the blister is compromised, discard it. Dispose of used cartridges in a sharps container in line with your state's requirements — in California that means an approved sharps waste container, never household waste.

Who this is for

The 0601RL is professional equipment for licensed permanent makeup artists and tattoo practitioners. It is not a consumer product and is not intended for use at home or by anyone without training in skin, sanitation and bloodborne pathogens.
