Good to Know
A PMU machine is required and sold separately. Check that cartridge sizing matches your machine before use, and follow the instructions printed on the box.
How to get the best result
- Map every stroke before you open the cartridge
Draw the full brow and every hairstroke on the skin first. A liner heals the stroke you commit to.
- Hold it at 45 degrees, not upright
Vertical, a round liner punches; at roughly 45 degrees it draws a clean, continuous hair.
- Three-point stretch on every stroke
Anchor the skin in three directions so a fine liner does not skip and dash on loose skin.
- Light hand for the fine gauge
Let the needle lay the stroke. One pass, then read the skin — the fix for a shy stroke is stretch or angle, not more passes.
- Wipe along the stroke, never across it
Wiping across a fresh hairstroke lifts pigment out of the channel you just made.
