PMU pigments use larger, softer particles designed to fade predictably over one to three years rather than staying permanently. They are formulated so the healed color stays true instead of shifting toward blue, grey or orange the way body-tattoo ink can.
How do I choose the right pigment?
Match the undertone first, then the depth. Skin with a warm or olive undertone usually needs a cooler or neutralizing base to avoid a warm heal; cool skin can take a warmer pigment. Depth (light to dark) is chosen to the client's natural hair or desired lip tone.
