0603RL Round Liner Cartridge – 3RL 0.20 mm (Set of 20)

The 0603RL is a three-needle round liner on a fine 0.20 mm nano taper. It lays the same one-pass hairstroke as its heavier sibling the 1003RL, but the finer gauge deposits a lighter, softer line — the cartridge to reach for on thin, mature or delicate skin where a 0.30 mm stroke would read too heavy.

At a glance

  • Configuration — 3 Round Liner (3RL)
  • Needle diameter — 0.20 mm
  • Best for — soft machine hairstrokes, nano brows on thin or mature skin, delicate lip liner
  • Pack size — set of 20
  • Fitment — Elite PMU Machine
  • Hygiene — filtered cartridge with a back-flow membrane, single use, individually sealed

Why 0.20 mm, and why three needles

Three needles are the forgiving hairstroke configuration: the cluster carries enough pigment to complete a stroke in one pass, so you are not re-working an area and adding blur. What sets the 0603RL apart from the 1003RL is the gauge. At 0.20 mm the stroke is finer and softer, which suits skin that scars easily, holds less pigment, or simply needs a delicate result.

Choose the 0603RL when the skin is thin or mature, when the brow design calls for fine, wispy strokes, or when you are correcting over healed work and need the lightest touch. Choose the heavier 1003RL at 0.30 mm when the skin is resilient and the brow needs more presence and pigment.

Where the 0603RL sits in the liner family

All Elite liners share the same body and membrane; count and gauge decide the job.

  • 3RL by gauge0403RL (0.16 mm, finest), 0603RL (0.20 mm), 0503RL (0.18 mm), 1003RL (0.30 mm, heaviest). Same stroke, lighter to bolder.
  • 1RL (0601RL) — single needle at the same 0.20 mm gauge, for the very finest individual strokes.
  • 5RL (0605RL) — five needles at 0.20 mm for denser lines and pixel shading.

Go finer to the 0403RL for the most delicate skin; go to the single-needle 0601RL for individual detail strokes; go heavier to the 1003RL when the skin can take more pigment.

Working with it

Like every round liner, the 0603RL draws at a shallow angle, not upright, and needs a firm three-point stretch so it does not skip on loose skin. Because the gauge is fine, it is even less tolerant of a heavy hand — let the needle lay the stroke rather than pressing. One pass, then read the skin. Wipe along the stroke, never across it.

Hygiene and disposal

Every cartridge is a single-use, individually sealed unit with a filtered back-flow membrane that keeps pigment and fluid out of the machine grip. Check the seal before you open it; if the blister is compromised, discard it. Dispose of used cartridges in a sharps container in line with your state's requirements — in California that means an approved sharps waste container, never household waste.

Who this is for

The 0603RL is professional equipment for licensed permanent makeup artists and tattoo practitioners. It is not a consumer product and is not intended for use at home or by anyone without training in skin, sanitation and bloodborne pathogens.
